CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Seth Kastle is a leadership consultant, speaker, and author, serving as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Fort Hays State University. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, a M.S. in Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership. Seth is also a Tillman Scholar and an alum of the Veteran Leadership Program through the George W. Bush Institute. A retired Army First Sergeant, Dr. Kastle served tours in both Afghanistan and Iraq. His military career encompassed various leadership roles, including Drill Sergeant, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant.

As an organizational consultant, he has taught both leadership and supervision workshops. Seth has also collaborated with the Tillman Leadership Institute, Wounded Warrior Project, and the Fort Worth Independent School District, hosting workshops on PTSD and the military family dynamics. Seth was raised in Kensington and currently lives in WaKeeney with his wife and two daughters.

CHIEF LEADERSHIP OFFICER

Dr. LeAnn Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a leadership development coach, consultant, and Chair of the Thomas School of Global Leadership at Mid-America Christian University. She also co-founded The Well-Center for Hope, a non-profit organization that operates as a local coffee shop focused on mental health in Western Kansas. With extensive experience in leadership, HR, and organizational development, LeAnn is a certified leadership and mindset coach and HR professional. She holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, an M.S. in Adult Education and Training, and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.

LeAnn provides coaching and training on leadership development, organizational culture, employee morale, and succession planning. She and her husband live in their hometown of WaKeeney, Kansas, with their two children.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Kasiah Rothchild is a certified project manager, financial consultant, and is currently an internal auditing accountant at S&T Communications. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Corporate Leadership. Kasiah has contributed to various community health initiatives as a project manager and grant writer, securing community, regional, and national grants.

Previously, Kasiah served as a public health director for the Thomas County Health Department, overseeing programs, budgeting, staffing, and organizational activities. She was actively involved in the Thomas County Coalition, a multi-agency and resident group, where she collaborated on community health initiatives and managed grant writing efforts.

Raised on a family farm in northwest Kansas, Kasiah now resides in WaKeeney with her husband and four daughters.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

Bailey Belisle is an educator, leadership developer, and community advocate who believes meaningful leadership begins with valuing people. With more than 14 years of experience in education, leadership development, and community engagement, she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations build healthy cultures where people thrive.

Throughout her career, Bailey has worked extensively in student support, district-wide systems, and organizational leadership. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Building Leadership and is passionate about helping leaders cultivate trust, psychological safety, and a sense of belonging.

In addition to her work with Post Rock Leadership, Bailey is honored to support the mission of The Well Center for Hope as its manager and serves as an adjunct instructor at Fort Hays State University, helping prepare future educators and leaders. Bailey lives in WaKeeney with her husband, Mark, and their four children.
