The Post Rock Leadership Institute is proud to announce the graduation of nineteen law enforcement professionals from the 10-11 Leadership Experience, an intensive, multi-month leadership development program designed specifically for current and emerging leaders in law enforcement.
The program equips participants to lead with purpose, authenticity, and integrity across all areas of life, including their agencies, families, and communities. Through a focus on resilience, emotional intelligence, relational leadership, and transformational change, the 10-11 Leadership Experience prepares leaders to thrive in complex and high-pressure environments.
Built on three core pillars - Self Mastery, Relationship Mastery, and Agency Mastery - the program blends interactive learning, peer collaboration, and real-world application. Graduates are prepared to build resilient teams, improve interagency cooperation, and foster positive workplace cultures.
“This experience is about more than leadership theory and best practices,” said Dr. Seth Kastle, CEO of the Post Rock Leadership Institute. “It’s about equipping officers to lead with clarity, purpose, and conviction so they can create lasting impact within their agencies and communities.”
The program was born out of a vision to strengthen leadership and retention across law enforcement in Western Kansas. “Leadership is the foundation needed to build and maintain law enforcement careers,” said Travis Phillips, Captain, Kansas Highway Patrol Troop D. “10-11 Leadership Experience brings it all together. Introducing leadership qualities to our officers is an investment in our agency’s future. The diversity in the individual experience of those attending and the course curriculum builds leadership qualities in officers’ lives at home, in their communities, and in their law enforcement profession.”
The Post Rock Leadership Institute looks forward to continuing its mission of empowering leaders who serve with excellence, integrity, and heart.
